David Carter

David Carter lives in Christchurch on the south coast of England, close to the New Forest.

He has written more than 25 books across several genres, but is probably best known for his Inspector Walter Darriteau Series.

These English detective books are set in the north-west of England in and around the ancient city of Chester.

Away from writing he’s a sports fanatic, enjoys quizzes, walking, and occasionally digging in the garden, as feeble attempts at keeping fit.

David aims to release two new books every year and has been known to better that.
